If you live in Houston TX you have no electricity so you are not able to watch the news, but your cell phone may still work. CNN just stated if you are trapped in your house and need help, hang a colorful towel or sheet out of your window, or your front door, etc. That way the rescue teams know you are in need of help. They are trying to evacuate as many people as possible! A lot people check Facebook for news and updates.
